SweetBabyToBe.com's "Free Shipping Promotion" is for a limited time, and can change without notice. Orders must total $60 prior to any applicable tax. Free shipping is valid for standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. only. See below for additional information about SweetBabyToBe.com's shipping options and policies.
When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify a SweetBabyToBe.com customer service representative at 1-866-714-POSH (7674) so we can ensure your order reaches the recipient in time. When going through checkout please let us know by writing "RUSH ORDER" in the special instructions box and a customer service representative will call you back to confirm delivery details.
There is a fee for rush orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information by calling or emailing us. Please note that with most personalized orders it takes atleast 2-3 weeks to monogram and ship.
All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
Our standard shipping is ground shipping. If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order. Next Day, 2nd Day and International Shipping is available at an additional charge.

Return Policy
We gladly accept a return of your item(s) within 14 days. Custom made items, personalized items, and/or monogrammed items are final sale.
To send an item back please:
1) Call SweetBabyToBe.com to obtain a RA number
2) Send your item back via an insured and trackable method.
3) Once we receive your item back we will post a refund to the credit card you used for the original purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
4) Items received outside the 14 day period will be issued a store credit.
