When will I receive my order? TOP

Non-personalized items are typically received within 7-10 days if shipped standard ground service.  Personalized gifts typically arrive within 2-4 weeks if shipped standard ground service.  If you have a special event or deadline, please call our customer service number to make special arrangements for expedited shipping.  We will do everything possible to get your items to you in time.

I need my gift for a shower this weekend - can I get it in time? TOP
Please contact our customer service number at 1-866-714-POSH (7674) with any special requests for expedited shipping.  Many of our items can be shipped overnight or 2-day air.  However, if we can't get your gift to you in time, we will email you a gift display card that you can present.

Do you ship to Canada? TOP
Yes!  We will gladly ship most of our items to Canada - please call for exact shipping costs.  Please note that any taxes or fees charged by your country, as well as any additional shipping fees (if applicable) are not included in your checkout total, and are your responsibility.
